Name : Gulam Mohd Sheikh
Brief Bio : A painter, writer and an art critic, Gulam Mohd. Sheikh was born in 1937, Gujarat. He did his MFA in paintings, from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Maharaja Sayajirao University, Gujarat, in 1961. Later went to the Royal College of Arts, London on a common Wealth Scholarship, in 1966. His deep understanding of literary tradition especially Sufism enables him to create visual couplets in his works.
